Elm Cottage

Elm Cottage is part of Broadhurst Farm Holiday Cottages located 10 minutes away from Alton Towers and on the edge of the beautiful Peak District. The market towns of Leek and Ashbourne are 8 and 6 miles away. Waterhouses, the nearest village is a mile away and boasts a pub, takeaway and shop. Each cottage has a private patio with a hot tub available to hire. For children there's a playground and pet area For cyclists the Manifold Trail is just down the road and we have a lockable bike shed. The space Elm Cottage sleeps 10 people in 3 bedrooms Bedroom 1 is a double Bedroom 2 is a twin Bedroom 3 is a family room sleeping 6 in twin beds and 2 sets of bunks. Elm has a hot tub available to hire on it's own private patio. The rental charge is: £70 for 2 nights £80 for 3 nights £90 for 4 nights £100 for 5 nights £110 for 6 nights £120 for 7 nights If you would like to book it please could you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we have time to prepare it and heat it up for you. We are dog lovers ourselves and welcome well-behaved dogs. We have a dog proof exercise area, fields to let your dog run free and walks from the doorstep. We charge a nominal fee of £20 for dogs. Please note that whilst we provide all bed linen we do not provide towels. Towels can be hired if required at a cost of £3 per set. Guest access Guests are free to use the play area, pet area and walk in any of the fields where the horses are not grazing. However, the farm buildings contain dangerous machinery and are out of bounds.
