The space The entire property will be reserved for you. Guests can enjoy a 2.5-hectare wooded park with a secure natural pond. A raised terrace will allow you to enjoy the long summer evenings! At your disposal: gym, foosball, outdoor games and illuminated bowling alley... The gîte is furnished with 6 bedrooms and 15 single beds in 90 x 200, all modular. It has 6 bathrooms, two independent and four other private. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bed linen and towels are provided. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optics. On the ground floor: - A large 57 m2 living room equipped with a 4K multimedia TV and a foosball table. - A 37 m2 gym with three large mirrors, Bluetooth speaker, punching bag and gloves, wooden indoor bike, mats, dumbbells and balance board. - A bathroom with 1 shower of 90 cm, a sink and a towel dryer. - A toilet On the first floor: - A fully equipped 53 m2 kitchen/dining room, with induction cooktop, extractor hood, 90 cm oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine and pastry robot. - A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. - A toilet with sink. - The 14 m2 Edinburgh room with 2 twin beds in 90 X 200 cm and private bathroom, 1 shower in 90 cm, two sinks and a towel dryer. -The Saint-Félix room of 14 m2 with 2 twin single beds of 90 X 200 cm and private bathroom, 1 shower of 90 cm, a sink and a towel dryer. On the second floor: - The Lambaréné room of 27 m2 with 3 single beds (including 2 twins) of 90 X 200 cm and private bathroom, 1 shower of 90 cm and a sink. - The Stockholm room of 21 m2 with 2 twin single beds of 90 X 200 cm and private bathroom, 1 shower of 90 cm and a sink. - The 20 m2 Boston room with 2 twin single beds of 90 X 200 cm. - The 29 m2 Brighton room with 4 single beds of 90 X 200 cm. - A large bathroom with 1 shower of 90 cm, two sinks and a towel dryer available for the Brighton and Stockholm rooms. - A toilet with sink.
