An old stone house in the center of Lesencetomaj, just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop, but still in a quiet cul-de-sac. Guest access An old stone house a few kilometers from Tapolca in the center of a quiet, peaceful village, but still in a quiet cul-de-sac at the bus turnaround. There are cooling and heating air conditioners in the house, which unfortunately do not heat the house completely if there are very cold days (below -4 degrees), as it is held by 70 cm real old stone walls, so we can guarantee a maximum temperature of 18 degrees in the coldest winter period. The hot water in the house is provided by an electric boiler, which runs on night electricity, so if you arrive that day and run out of hot water, it will only heat up again the next morning, so please calculate with this if more of you arrive that the hot water capacity is finite. Access to the house is provided by a key safe located on the inside of the gate. You can find the code in the information. The garden is nearly 800 sqm, with fruit trees, a large terrace. If you want, I can provide bicycles for 4 people, and for the summer, a SUP or an inflatable boat.
