Family country house in the Perche

Family house with pool, Parc naturel régional du Perche. Comfortable, the house was completely renovated in 2021. In absolute quiet, on the edge of the Perche state forest and surrounded by meadows occupied by horses, the house overlooks a wooded park on one side and a garden on the other, with a secure outdoor swimming pool heated from May to early September. The house is 10 min from Mortagne, 30 min from Bellême, 2h from Paris and 15 min from the Aigle train station. Great for a family vacation! The space The house is 170 m2 on two levels and has: DRC: -Large living area with fireplace and dining room open to an American kitchen - Veranda with fireplace and possibility of BBQ - Double bedroom with queen size bed (160x200) - Double bedroom with queen size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with bath and washer and dryer area - Restroom FLOOR: - Children's room with 3 single beds (90 x 190 cm) (possibility of adding an extra single bed) - Children's bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) - Double bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and crib with bars - Office space on the landing - Shower room - Restroom Other things to note A giant screen with video projector is available in the living room with access to Netflix, Canal+, Disney and Prime Video catalogs. The outdoor heated swimming pool is only open from May to early September. It is located at the back of the garden and is secured by a bar cover. A zip line for children is located in the garden. Bikes and helmets are available for the kids. The fireplaces in the living room and veranda are functional, wood will be provided. A weber barbecue is available outside and possibility to make a barbecue in the fireplace of the veranda in winter. A fire pit is available in the garden for marshmallow evenings. Possibility of teleworking in the upstairs office (possibility of installing a second desk in one of the downstairs bedrooms). Wifi accessible in the whole house. Many walking tours are possible from the house. The Perche and Trappe forest is 200m from the house so you can go hunting for mushrooms or bike with the children on the many forest trails prohibited by cars. Horse or pony rides possible 5 minutes by car from the house at Le Haras de la Chéchinière. Baby equipment available (high chairs, changing mats, baby cots, pots, baby dishes, etc.) Babysitter contacts as needed. CHECK-OUT TIME: FOR WEEKEND STAYS, LATE CHECK-OUT IS POSSIBLE ON SUNDAY
