A crispy house for those seeking peace and quiet

The cottage is entirely made of wood and very cozy, surrounded by nature without car noise. It is romantically heated with a Swedish stove during the cold season. The bedroom is a very cozy mattress camp above the kitchen (10 sqm mezzanine). A large terrace invites you to sunbathe all year round. There are small forests all around and you can take beautiful walks. The city of Graz is not far away and excursions to southern Styria are also available. Guest access The cottage is available to the guests alone. It is a large space with the eat-in kitchen and the mezzanine above. An anteroom and a bathroom. A small room in the front part of the building is private and not accessible to guests. Other things to note The bedroom is a mezanine, accessible via a staircase, so it is built into the main room living room and kitchen under the roof. Attention cat allergy sufferers! If I am at home and the house is not rented, there is a cat in the house who probably wants to come in. If this is not desired, this must be communicated in advance. The house is inhabited by me when no guests come, therefore part of the cottage is locked as it is the private bedroom.
