The space The community of Mia Hermosa has: 24-hour security at lobby and private separate entrance to car park. All clients to be registered previously. This is a must and failure to do so will result in no entry to the property. All guests must be signed in . One large pool Small gymnasium available to all guests Communal BBQ Elevators One car space per apartment 5 mins walk to shops and bars 8 – 10 mins walk to beach Guest access All of the apartment is for you only. The owners may have a locked closet or door which is to remain closed during your stay. Other things to note Electric is an extra charge for the personal consumption used during your stay. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 20 RDS PER kw (May 2024 ) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here .
