The space The apartment is located in the Oscar Rodrigues Building, built in 1928 and listed by the Municipal and State Historical Heritage. Completely renovated and decorated, the property offers 90 m² of private area distributed in two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, service area and intimate hall — all designed to ensure comfort, practicality and charm for guests. Check-in and check-out are automated, using an electronic lock with a password, eliminating the need for the host to be present and offering total flexibility of schedules. The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a four-seater sofa, 50" TV with open digital channels, bookshelf, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The rooms are spacious, airy and very comfortable. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and Castor pocket spring mattress, air conditioning, ceiling fan, 32" Smart TV with Netflix access, closet and blackout curtain. The second bedroom, facing the charming Praça das Artes, has two single box beds with Epeda Simmons spring mattresses, air conditioning, ceiling fan, 32" Smart TV with Netflix, closet and blackout curtain. The kitchen is equipped to comfortably serve up to four people and includes: espresso machine, microwave, two-burner electric cooktop, electric oven, water filter, toaster, sandwich maker, electric pan, mixer, fruit juicer, various utensils and air conditioning. The bathroom is spacious, with a great shower, hand shower, hairdryer, movable mirror and glycerin soap. We provide bedding (sheets, pillowcases and blankets), bath and face towels according to the number of guests, as well as extra pillows with different densities and heights, for greater comfort. The service area has a dishwasher, washing machine and internal clothesline for drying clothes.
