Bonita Bay Tranquillity

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Play Pickleball, kayak, ride bikes, & bird watch at the Rookery just across the street from the condo. Woven through the community of Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs, Florida is an extensive walking path trail system. If you’re a pleasure runner, walker, bike rider or enjoy rollerblading, the wide trails at Bonita Bay have room for everyone. And there are fabulous restaurant within waking distance!!! The space There is a spacious master bedroom with a large TV and beautifully decorated bathroom with a shower, tub, and huge closet. There is a second bedroom with a full bath, and a third room that has a pull out couch with a full mattress as well as a comfy chair and ottoman and Large TV. The living room is decorated nicely with a large couch, three comfy chairs and a large TV. The dining room is right off the kitchen and seats 6 ppl. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a lanai with a table and 4 chairs off the living room and a connected lanai with two chairs and a small table right off the master bedroom. Guest access You will need to get a pass from the front gate staff to enter the property. We will need to contact Bonita Bay and let them know your names and the dates you are planning to stay in our condo. You will be given a code to enter the property. There are parking spaces directly in front of the Condo. Other things to note Please put all towels and sheets in the tubs before departure as well as empty the refrigerator and take out the trash. The dumpsters are just outside the condo to the right (within walking distance).
