Basic dining utensils: plates, spoons, fork, and scissors. RO drinking water is provided in water cans for guest use. Other Amenities Free Wi-Fi Covered Parking space available at extra cost of Rs 150 per night. Windows are secured with mosquito mesh doors. Regular housekeeping is provided before check-in. Every three nights, housekeeping will clean and mop the floors , wash the bathrooms/toilets. Only for stays longer than a week, bed linens will be changed. NO SMOKING NO ALCOHOL Guest access Access to the property is restricted to registered guests only. If booking on behalf of others, Aadhaar details of both the primary guest and the person making the booking are required. A self check-in locker is provided for collecting the keys. Instructions to access the locker will be shared prior to arrival. The host is available remotely via phone or messaging for any assistance or queries during your stay. Non-emergency requests: inform at least 1 hour in advance. BUILDING STAFF UNAVAILABLE AFTER 5PM. Other things to note Self-check-in: Guests must collect the main gate keys from a locker outside the main gate. Apartment access: A locker above the second floor holds the apartment keys. Lift access: Available up to the second floor; take up the stairs to reach the studio apartment. Emergency lights and candles: Provided in the apartment in case of power shut down. Towels are provided.For longer days kindly wash and reuse the towels.. Check-in is flexible upon request. Early check-in before 9:00 a.m. may incur an additional fee of Rs.150 subject to apartment availability. Check out at 11.00 am Overstay will be allowed only if no other guest is scheduled to check in that day, and the charge will be Rs. 150 per hour. Please text after checkout. Cleaning will begin once keys are in the locker or after 11:00 a.m.
