It’s a beautifully decorated, cozy studio apartment on the ground level of our home, with a private entrance just for you. It’s in a prime location, only a 3-minute walk to the iconic waterfall, the Roundhouse, and Hudson Valley Brewery, and about a 10-minute walk to scenic trails. During the day, you’re welcome to relax in our beautiful yard, where the lounge chairs are. We live upstairs & keep quiet, though you may hear some footsteps and the water sound from the pipes in the bathroom area. The space Welcome to your own sunny hideaway! By the fence on East street where your entrance gate is, is a perfect spot. • We kindly ask not to park in front of the house since it belongs to the second floor people. Come enjoy a peaceful, light-filled space with a touch of charm—perfect for relaxing after exploring the area! Guest access The entire studio is yours with private entrance. Yard can be used during the day and afternoon for relaxing and dog walking. Two chairs by the fence or lounge chairs are for your use. Vaping or occasional smoking is ok outside. Other things to note You will use the backyard entrance and take the steps down on your right for your private studio. We might have some ants every now and then during Spring. We are surrounded by lush green so sometimes they are inevitable but we keep some traps around in case. You will hear some footsteps and water sound through the pipes in the bathroom area, since this is the lower level of your house. We insulated the ceiling recently. No one complained about the noise. Since it is ground level, after heavy rain, it sometimes gets humid during the Summer. Please use the dehumidifier and the AC. We have security cameras outside of the entrance.
