Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, set amongst 115 acres of a David Bellamy awarded park in the rural heart of Northamptonshire. The park itself boasts lakes and flat walks, wildlife, fishing, outdoor swimming pool and cafe (seasonal). The Pine Trees Bar and restaurant overlooks the lakes, with entertainment at the weekends. To the top of the park you can find a well stocked shop reasonably priced, laundrette, hair dressers, fish and chip shop, tennis and bowls courts. The space The property is accessed via a key box. Once inside you will find a warm welcoming open plan set up along with everything that you should need for your stay. In the kitchen area you will find utensils, large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, (sharp utensils kept away from children) coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc....even down to a slow cooker. Moving from the kitchen you will find a dining area which then leads into the living room. In this room you will find a comfortable seating area, SmartTV, to include Netflix and other channels, soft lighting in areas of your choice for that extra home from home experience to enjoy a film and maybe a vino or two to soak up your relaxing time here with us. Unlimited WiFi is also included. Moving to the sleeping areas via a hallway you can find the central heating cupboard, iron and ironing board should you need one. To the right you will find bedroom two, plenty of storage space and a double bed, located opposite the main shower room. (We also offer a comfortable single folding bed, should you wish to keep this room as a single bedroom) The main bedroom is located to the rear of the property with a double bed, walk in wardrobe TV and its own small on suite to make it completely private. Guest access Complete unit to yourself, private garden and parking for two cars max. (Please note that larger vans/commercial vehicles will be asked to park in the van car park at dusk, which is located by the security hut approx 200 mtrs from our property at evening time.) Other things to note Free unlimited WiFi for your use in all the rooms (just enter pass code located in the info booklet to your devices) a smart TV, including Netflix and a whole host of channels. New boiler and central heating fitted 2026 for plenty of hot water and central heating throughout.
