Perfect for a couple, a professional, it combines Parisian elegance and contemporary comfort. General features: Located on the 4th floor without elevator, this bright apartment has been recently renovated while retaining its original charm, including its oak flooring and moldings. The living room/bedroom: The living room is spacious and bathed in natural light. There is a flat-screen TV and a dining table that seats 2 people. It's the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Paris. The kitchen: The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils are at your disposal. The bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with storage and a large mirror. Towels, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. The toilet is located in the bathroom. Additional amenities: The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, heating and a washing machine. Linen and towels are included. The neighborhood: The apartment is in a lively area known for its designer boutiques, art galleries and historic cafés. Within walking distance are the famous Luxembourg Gardens, as well as the Saint-Placide and Sèvres-Babylone metro stations, allowing easy access to other iconic areas of the city such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Marais and Montparnasse. Accessibility: Although the apartment does not have an elevator, it is easily accessible by public transport thanks to the many metro lines and buses nearby. This setting is ideal for travelers wishing to explore Paris while enjoying a quiet and elegant resting space. Other things to note *Essential details* The black cabinet in the entrance is not accessible, it allows the owners to keep their laundry and household products The washing machine may stop and indicate an error message including F08, but it is not broken, just press the spin button, then start and it works Laundry should not be hung out on the street or in the inner courtyard. For safety reasons, it must be verified that the door of building A is always closed because should only access the floors if you have the key to enter or via the intercom. The bed must not be moved, only the 2 drawers on the sofa side are accessible to the tenant Never leave anything on the landing, specifically in front of the door of the apartment (bicycle, scooter, stroller, etc.); it must remain on the ground floor. Similarly for garbage cans, they must not be positioned on the landing of the accommodation. 🏠 Mobility Lease - Temporary Furnished Rental 📅 Duration: 1 to 10 months (non-renewable) 📌 Reserved only for tenants in professional mobility: You must provide proof of one of the following reasons: - Training - Graduate school - Apprenticeship contract - Internship - Job transfer - Temporary assignment (as part of work) Registration details Available with a mobility lease only ('bail mobilité')
