Lean back and relax in this quiet and stylish home. Pure relaxation overlooking the forest and nature with rich wildlife. The house is located at the end of a closed road with a gate and bordering a large enclosed forest with wild boar and deer in all colors. Lovely bright house with good large rooms, amazingly beautiful bathroom with luxury bath. Huge windows in the living room and bedroom with direct access to the terrace with fantastic views, so you can really enjoy Swedish nature. The space The house consists of an entrance with a narrow hallway that leads to a fantastic bathroom with a door directly to the forest. Luxury bath with multifunction of different shower parts. Note, however, that the technical part that provides bubbles and spa effect does not work. There is not enough hot water to fill the bathtub, so you can only enjoy the shower parts. The hallway leads to the kitchen, where you will find a nice kitchen with all the usual equipment, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven. Exit to large terrace from the kitchen. Large dining area and living room with large window. From the kitchen there is access to 1 room with a bed for one and a half and with a door directly to the forest, so you can enjoy the forest directly from the bed. From the living room there is access to 1 bedroom with double bed and huge window and with access to the terrace. Terrace all the way around the house and lots of windows and doors directly to the beautiful nature. The house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove and the possibility of underfloor heating. NOTE that there are level differences on the property which means that it is far down from the terrace and it is therefore not child-friendly! There is a slightly steep slope from the garage and up to the house as well as level differences that can make it difficult for those with walking difficulties. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. There is no equipment or anything for children in the house. Smoking is not allowed.
