Big Tex Cabin

Country relaxing with shade! 1 of 3 newer cabins at our camp and it sleeps 9. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a twin over full bunk bed, king pull-out couch, blow-up queen mattress, bedding, full bathroom with tub/shower, full kitchen/appliances, A/C, heat, k-cup coffee pot, coffee, water, dining/living room, wifi, Roku TV, large front porch with 4 chairs/tables, parking, picnic table, charcoal grill. It is in the Courtyard area, with access to the main campfire ring for use. The space 40 min NW of the Greater Houston metro area, 7 miles from the Texas Renaissance Festival, vineyards with live music and local restaurants are nearby as well. Parking at the site is available for 2 vehicles on gravel parking and you are welcome to park a third vehicle at the cabin as well in the grass. There is overflow guest parking near the pirate ship. Wifi is available throughout the Courtyard and in this cabin. There is a bathroom (tub/shower/toilet/sink) in the cabin but in case needed there is also an outdoor shower house with hot and cold water is also available in case needed, as well as porta-potties and wash station with potable water. And don't miss our cowboy pool for your enjoyment, open until it gets too cold in the late fall/winter, reopens in the spring. We love dogs. They are family! Absolutely bring them with you, just be sure to keep them leashed or on a tie out, and pick up after them. Plenty of shade. Enjoy your campfires but please be respectful of other campers - quiet hours are 11 PM - 7 AM. We are surrounded by farms and ranches, authentic country!
