The space is a studio-type unit that accommodates up to three (3) adults. Guest access Guests have free access to the gym and pool, available from 6AM to 10PM. Laundry Shop located at the 40th floor. Early check-in is subject to availability. A valid ID for each guest will be required upon reservation confirmation. Guest staying for 2 nights or more are required to get an RFID/Access card in the 4th floor (building admin), its 150 pesos for the card. But you don't need to pay for it. Parking Rates: • First 3 hours: 50 pesos • Succeeding hours: 30 pesos per hour Overnight Parking: • An additional 200 pesos is charged on top of the 30 pesos per hour rate for vehicles left overnight. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Tip: To avoid the 200 pesos overnight charge, many drivers move their cars before 2 AM and then re-park.
