Some paper products on site. To get to second floor you will use a spiral staircase. All guests are required to clean prior to checking out. Cleaning supplies are provided. You must take all of your trash with you when you check out. You have access to the entire place. This is a non smoking home inside. If you smoke please do not throw butts on ground or in yard dispose of in butt can which can be found on the counter near mud room entrance. No pets, no exceptions! We have 2 TVs. One in living room and one in the bar. There is a washer and dryer (condensating dryer). Please remember this is our home too. We have personal belongings in it. Please be mindful of our items. Please take your garbage with you when you leave. Our towels and sheets are stored in our home and are not for guests use. There are extra blankets in closet in living room near the pull down queen Murphy bed. There are cleaning supplies and vacuum for you to use so you can clean up before you go. We expect our home to be left as it was found. Remember we have a septic system so no wipes or personal feminine products can go down the toilet, only toilet paper and bodily excrement. There is a beach pass and a card to access the boat launch. If they are not left when you leave there is an additional $85 charge because that is what it will cost us to purchase replacement. Wigwam Tavern has excellent food and is 6 miles up the road. The town of Old Forge is about a 15 minute drive with lots of shops and quaint eateries. Bring bikes and ride around the White Lake neighborhood. White Lake has a beautiful beach to enjoy. You have to take your garbage/trash with you! There is no trash service. You need to clean the house prior to check out. This means vacuum, clean bathroom and wipe all counters down. Return key to lock box.
