Comfortable Room in a Quiet and Safe Neighborhood

Relax and enjoy your own private space including a large, comfortable bedroom with a desk, arm chair, and an adjacent bathroom. A kettle is provided with a selection of teas. There is small fridge for your convenience. The large living room provides a comfortable sectional where you can relax. Our area is one of the newer areas of Brandon. It is a beautiful and safe area to walk. Darrell and I are both retired teachers. Our home is smoke-free and pet-free. The space No smokers please Guest access Guests have a bedroom, private bathroom and access to a common space downstairs. Guests can park in the driveway on the far right.
