“Big Buck Cabin” in the National Forest near Mena

The cabin is located at the head of the majestic Kiamichi Valley and near the head of the Mt. Fork River! Sitting between the Quachita and the Kiamichi Mountains! Adjoining the Kiamichi National Forest! Located 9 miles East of Big Cedar, OK on Hwy 63E, or 2.5 miles West of the Oklahoma/Arkansas state line. Mena, AR and Talihina, OK are the nearest towns The space The cabin was built in 2024. It is very well insulated and has a great pair of mini split units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It stays very cool in the summer and very warm in the winter! The cabin has a large living room with two love seats, coffee table, and a study bar with two bar stools! It also has a Roku TV with WI-FI. The kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dish soap etc. The Refrigerator comes stocked with basic condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo)and cold bottles of water! Also it comes with a classic coffee pot with Folgers and Tasters choice caffeine free coffee. Also it has a Kureig coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods. Also has sugar packs, half and half, hazelnut creamer, French vanilla creamer, etc. There is also bottled water for the coffee if you prefer that over the well water. The master bedroom has a Roku Wi-Fi Tv with dvd player. The master closet can also be used as a pet bedding area with a child gate. The bedroom also has an artificial fireplace heater at the foot of the bed. The bed is a Queen four post bed with a pillow top and an extra memory foam mattress topper. Also we have firm and soft pillows with extra sheets and pillowcases. The hallway has a dart board game to enjoy! The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a standup shower. Also comes with extra towels and washcloths! The bathroom also has a washer and dryer. Guest access This cabin will sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably! The adults can sleep in the bedroom and the children can sleep on the two loveseats in the living room. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. Other things to note Charcoal and lighter fluid is not provided but sometimes available from previous guest
