The main guest house has a large living room & full kitchen along with a large bedroom with king bed and full bathroom equipped with full size washer and dryer. The couch pulls out for extra guests as well. The pool house has a separate entrance and is located on the lower floor below the main guest house. This area has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom and an oversized shower. It is also set up with a kitchenette with plates, silverware, coffee maker, and glassware along with a mini fridge and microwave. This room opens up to a private courtyard patio with grill and green foliage- very peaceful & private. Our front house is where we live most of the time. We do rent it out when we are traveling ourselves.
