Relax with the whole family in our peaceful stay tucked in Cypress, Walnut and Pine trees. Centrally located to Ball State University, there are many incredible events and facilities right up the road perfect for families and students. Our home is a recently renovated with brand new appliances, a big yard with lots of shady trees, large sun room, patio seating, propane grill and an outdoor firepit. We offer seasonal produce and fresh chicken eggs. Relax and unwind on Riverside Ave! The space Recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house with all new appliances. The space is certainly charming and cozy with plenty of space for family dinners or to unwind outdoors. Centrally located and walking distance from Ball State University, Cardinal Greenway and IU Health. Guest access The whole house and outdoor space is yours to use. Your key will unlock both front and back doors for easy access. At this time, the garage is not accessible for guests. Per insurance reasons, the fireplace inside is not available to use. Other things to note There's a nice brand new walkway out front that connects to Ball State University and Christy Woods - perfect for an afternoon stroll or bike ride. The neighborhood is quiet but close to restaurants, nature walks and the downtown area.
