The space This home is a secluded A-frame nestled in the White Mountains with private hiking trails and walkable access to beautiful Pearl Lake. Our home is a thoughtfully designed space laid out over three floors. The first floor features two bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and a full and twin in the other room. There is a full bathroom, kitchenette (complete with mini fridge), and washer and dryer. The 1st floor living room is a comfortable space with a pull out couch for extra sleeping. The floors are heated and will keep your feet nice and warm. The main floor is comprised of an open concept living and kitchen space that spills out effortlessly onto the large deck that overlooks the front yard. Here you'll find a spacious kitchen with generous counterspace to prep, cook and entertain. A large dining table and nook seating area provides the perfect space to catch up with friends and family over a delicious meal. The dining table will comfortably seat all guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. Children's high chair available for use. The large living room connects you with nature through the oversized window and double glass doors that invite you outside onto the deck. The grill, table, outdoor couch and under railing lights make it a great space to unwind. The woodstove inside sets the perfect ambiance. Upstairs, you'll find the large primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a custom shower making it a calming retreat. Air conditioning available in the primary suite during warmer months. The dedicated workspace is nicely situated to maintain focus and take video calls. The outdoor spaces have been laid out to be equally relaxing and charming. The 2nd floor deck , the 1st floor swing and the gas fire pit with enveloping chairs sets the stage to enjoy the outdoors no matter where you decide to relax. Beautiful sunset views are only a short 20-minute hike away in the woods behind the house. The tranquil lake is just a 10 minute stroll down the street, with public access on the western side. Other things to note During winter months, Nov-April we recommend guests have 4x4 or all-wheel vehicles to ensure ease and safe traveling. The driveway and road will be plowed during winter storms, however it may not always be plowed immediately. Our house is 3 levels, with the kitchen and main living space on the 2nd level, which requires use of stairs to access. There is limited cell service at the house. Once you are at the house the Wi-Fi is very reliable and calls and texts can be made via Wi-Fi calling. Or use this as the perfect excuse to unplug!
