The Vieregge manor house was restored in 2010 (every room breathably renovated by clay plaster) and expanded in 2021 on the southwest wing. Located in a quiet natural setting in a large garden about 300 m to the water/harbor. The southwest wing, with its 124 square meters +terraces, has plenty of space for up to 10 people. Ideal for families, friends and retreats. Nothing for party crowds! The space Offers a magnificent 1 km wide view to the south on a hill and to the west over the terrace into the garden. Very bright. Accommodation 3 bedrooms and one extra bed: for 1-2 persons in the bay window of the living room: 1) southeast, further view to 2 sides, 1 double bed; 2) southwest, further view and view to the garden, 2 single beds; 3) west, view to the garden 1 double bed, 4) extra bed, double sofa bed. The two rooms (living/dining) are connected by a hinged door. Guest access Parking space at the house Other things to note Vieregge consists of the old village part with a total of 28 residents and the harbor village for holiday guests. It is located on a peninsula on the Bodden, from where it is easy to warm up on foot, bike or boat in all directions. The hill in the south direction with the rebuilt green tower offers a panoramic view over the peninsle to Stralsund or Hiddensee. The manor house is located in the old part of the village. Between the manor house and the harbor village is a large meadow, which belongs to the leaseland of the manor house. North of it is the harbor village and the Bodden. In the harbor bistro you can pre-order rolls (or eat Flammkuchen), or rent motorboats at the harbor and drive over the Bodden to the Baltic Sea via the Bodden. On Tuesdays, the steamer mop mop to Hiddensee.
