Omah Adem (Cozy) Homestay

This homestay is in the middle of a residential settlement, consisting of 3 bedrooms; 1 room with air conditioning facilities & 2 rooms with Fan facilities. There are 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, a gazebo with a fish pond below. In front of Omah Adem there are homemade food stalls that are available daily instant noodles, ramesan, sometimes soto, coffee, iced tea etc that can be delivered to the house. Within 20-200 mtrs there are Hospitals, hotels, guest houses, laundry kiosks/places, pharmacies, grocery shops & restaurants (restaurants). The space The main building and rooms with teak wood materials. There are 2 rooms that can be directly connected to the door from inside the room. In each room there is a wardrobe, chair, dressing table and small table. There is a smoking room, which is on the front and back terrace & in the gazebo with garden views. In the dining room there is a refrigerator, electric stove, water heater, small pot, glass and cutlery. Dining chairs and tables are also available. There is also a living room, a small garden in the middle of the room (sky view), a room for drying clothes, a faucet for washing clothes, parking for 2 cars (no extra charge) and a faucet and hose for washing cars. Within 150-300 meters there is an Indomaret minimarket, Circle K, BCA and BPD ATMs, Polsek (Police station), Padang Hospital, Cafe, clothing store, traditional market. At night, along Jl Raya Kapt Tendean is crowded with various culinary tours, including traditional snacks (klepon cake, lupis, lumpia etc.). Guest access Guests can use all items and equipment in the house, including being required to maintain and care for the integrity of all items and equipment. Guests are required to maintain peace and quiet, it is forbidden to be rowdy or noisy, which disturbs the neighbors or the surrounding environment of Omah Adem. From Tugu Station continue by Ojek (motorcycle online) for IDR 12-20k or Taxi car (online) for IDR 15-30k. - Damri Mini Bus-Tugu station. - Damri-Ambarketawang Mini Bus. From Ambarketawang continue to take a motorcycle taxi (online motorcycle) for IDR 20-35k or a taxi car (online) for IDR 30-50k. - Taxi car (online) for IDR 150-250k. If you want to travel around Yogyakarta from Omah Adem using the TransJogja bus: - Exit the fence of Omah Adem, turn left (East), continue down the road across the river. Continue along the small road (about 1.5 meters) uphill towards Ngabean terminal. The distance from Omah Adem to Ngabean terminal is about 400 meters.
