Omah Adem (Cozy) Homestay

This homestay is in the middle of a residential neighborhood, consisting of 3 bedrooms; 1 room with AC & 2 rooms with Fan. There are 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, a gazebo with a fish pond underneath. In front of Omah Adem there is a home food stall that is available daily Instant noodles, ramesan, sometimes soto, coffee, iced tea etc that can be delivered to the house. Within 20-200 m there are Hospitals, hotels, guest houses, kiosks/laundry places, pharmacies, grocery stores & restaurants. The space Main building and rooms with teak wood materials. There are 2 rooms that can be directly connected to the door from inside the room. In each room there is a wardrobe, chair, vanity and small table. There is a smoking room, which is on the front and back terraces & in the gazebo with garden views. In the dining room there is a refrigerator, electric stove, water heater, small pot, glass and cutlery. Chairs and dining tables are also available. There is also a living room, a small garden in the middle of the room (sky view), a room for drying clothes, a faucet for washing clothes, parking for 2 cars (no extra charge) and a faucet and hose for washing cars. Within 150-300 m there is an Indomaret minimarket, Circle K, BCA and BPD ATMs, Polsek (Police office), Padang Hospital, Cafe, clothing stores, traditional markets. At night, along Raya Kapt Tendean street, there are a variety of culinary tours, including traditional snacks (klepon cakes, lupis, lumpia, etc.). Guest access Guests can use all items and equipment in the house, and are also required to maintain and care for the integrity of all items and equipment. Guests are required to maintain peace and quiet, it is forbidden to be rowdy or noisy that disturbs the neighbors or the neighborhood around Omah Adem. From Tugu Station continue by Ojek (online motorcycle) for IDR 12-20k or Taxi car (online) for IDR 15-30k. - Damri Mini Bus-Tugu station. - Damri Mini Bus-Ambarketawang. From Ambarketawang continue to take an Ojek (online motorcycle) for IDR 20-35k or Taxi car (online) for IDR 30-50k. - Taxi car (online) for IDR 150-250k. If from Omah Adem you want to tour Yogyakarta using the TransJogja bus: - Exit the Omah Adem fence, turn left (East), continue down the road across the river. Continue along a small road (about 1.5 meters) uphill towards the Ngabean terminal. The distance from Omah Adem to Ngabean terminal is about 400 meters.
