The living room features a large smart TV with basic OTTs, high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy sofa sets, a dining table, and great books. We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas stove, basic cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, and water dispenser. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the store room with a drying stand. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire ground-floor apartment, which includes a living area, dining room, kitchen, and two bath-attached bedrooms. We offer covered car parking for four cars underground, and guests can also access the terrace for drying clothes. Proper waste disposal is important to us, so please ensure segregation of waste. For long-duration stays, we provide cleaning services on demand, subject to the availability of house help and additional charges. Other things to note No parties allowed. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests are allowed (permission is required for any extra guests). No smoking inside the house (use the outside space and sit-out areas). No loud noises after 12:00 AM. Kindly refrain from using footwear inside the house, except indoor footwear. Inform us of any early check-in details in advance. Please follow all house rules. Please turn off all electrical appliances when you leave. For stays longer than 20 days, an electricity allocation of 12 units/day is provided. Exceeding this limit will be charged at ₹10/unit. Security cameras are installed on the property. You will have to do self check-in through a lockbox, and for further communication, please contact the host.
