Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but smoking is allowed on the back patio or in the hallway. Located just 10 blocks from downtown, museums, and Escalante's food district. The apartment is located under another structure with hardwood floors. Guest access The apartment is located next to our main house and is adjacent to our Casa Botánica Private Studio listing. However, this listing has complete privacy and a private entrance! Other things to note Barrio Aranjuez is a safe area, right between the nicest and safest areas of downtown San José and the local restaurant and brewery district of Escalante. Feel comfortable and free to walk, you will be amazed at how close and accessible everything is from our property hidden in the city. Anyway, always be alert when walking late and if you have a car, make sure you don't leave anything inside! The apartment does not have a garage, so I recommend parking your car in a public parking lot overnight.
