This house is equipped with a Handicapped ramp and Elevator that you access from outside of the house. You will have fantastic Ocean Views from one of the 6 decks as well as a beautiful view of the Hatteras National Seashore Sanctuary. As a matter of fact, the front deck is a great place for enjoying breakfast on the outside table and chairs while watching the waves and basking in the warm Outer Banks sunshine. Have some family time in the large great room area and enjoy your favorite TV show or movie on one of the many flat screen TVs located through-out the house. All TV's in the house are smart TV's! There are cathedral ceilings, DVD players, and wireless internet. This cottage has 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious dining areas so Dinner time is no problem. No rainy day blues here! Enjoy playing for free on the Full Size Pool Table, Foosball table and/or the Xbox One S in the game room. This cottage even has an elevator! No dragging heavy bags upstairs! There are two laundry areas in the house with two washers and two dryers. For your private viewing, there are TVs in all bedrooms. Smart TV's only. Tenant has the option of paying a fee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount charged for rental of the Property less the amount paid by the tenant for a security deposit (the “Evacuation Fee”). If State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the Property, Tenant shall comply with the evacuation order. Upon compliance, if Tenant has paid the Evacuation Fee, Tenant shall be entitled to a refund from Agent of the rent, taxes, and any other payments made by Tenant pursuant to this Agreement, prorated for each night that the Tenant is unable to occupy the Property because of the mandatory evacuation order.
