The space Accommodation completely refurbished with quality materials to offer you maximum comfort and allow you to spend a very pleasant stay near the banks of the Seine, at the gates of Paris. The property is fully equipped and has all TV packages, high-speed internet, air conditioning as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. The bedding with "King size bed" hotel type can accommodate 2 adults and an extra bed of 1.20 m for 1 to 2 children maximum. Possibility of a baby crib. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Possibility of breakfast to be prepared on site. 10 min by bus from Houilles Carrières-sur-Seine station, then reach Paris in 13 min by train arriving at St Lazare station and in 18 min by RER at Châtelet les Halles. The towns of Chatou Croissy and Rueil-Malmaison are just 10 minutes away by car; Versailles is 35 minutes away by car; Saint Germain-en-Laye is 15/20 minutes away by car; La Défense: 30 minutes by bike with the Eole footbridge or 15 minutes away by car. Porte Maillot: 25 min by car. Guest access Head to the banks of the Seine in Carrières-sur-Seine, in the heart of the Yvelines. The house is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful banks of the Seine. Parking is available in front of the house for free on public roads, subject to availability (location reserved exclusively for residents) Or free additional parking spaces 5/7 minutes walk from the house, with charging stations for electric vehicles. Access to the city center and all shops within a 5/10-minute walk. Other things to note Full end-of-stay cleaning with change of bedding is included in the overall rate. A security deposit will be required to receive your stay booklet. Either, a deposit fixed according to the duration of the stay, in the form of a bank imprint - via our "Swikly secure platform" (without debit or ceiling block).
