The space The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Kampala making it very convenient for a holiday or a weekend in town. All rooms in the apartment are fully furnished for you to be comfortable during your stay away from home. The living room has a smart 42" TV connected to unlimited internet 24/7, a sofa that seats your company comfortably and unlimited WiFi in all rooms of the apartment. Fully stocked kitchen that has a fridge, gas and electric cooker, all tools to prepare your favorite dishes with ease, electric hot water kettle, utensils and cutlery. Spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed and a large bathroom that has a gorgeous walk-in dresser. The second bedroom has a 4x6 bed with a second bathroom and toilet just along the corridor. The apartment has comfortable and fresh beddings, pillows, flat iron with an ironing board, bedroom sandals and a wardrobe for easy storage of your belongings. A water heater for hot water showers is inclusive. You'd need to switch it on for 15-20 minutes only for a warm/hot shower. The property manager will ably guide in regard to this. The apartment is very secure with a 24/7 a security guard and is fenced in a gate. The road to the apartment is paved (with pavers) The apartment is very accessible and near the main road. (About 20 metres) making it very convenient in case you want to visit a supermarket, the gym, pharmacy or run your errands. Online shopping while in the apartment is also easy as the supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities are nearby. (All within a few metres) It is also possible to order and have everything delivered to you at your door step. The apartment is fully cleaned regularly to maintain the furnishings in top tier shape. Guest access As guests, you have access to the whole apartment. You will have full access to the entire apartment that is the living room, both bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom 1 & 2. No room is shared. Other things to note Unfortunately, no smoking is allowed inside the building. A smoking area is provided outside the apartment for use.
