On the 1st floor of a 1945 house, a superb 53 m2 apartment where every detail has been designed to offer a warm, refined and soothing living environment. This bright cocoon seduces with its neat decor, combining charm and delicate touches. Ideal for unwinding, it invites you to relax, whether in the living room bathed in light or in the bedrooms with a cozy atmosphere. Close to amenities while being sheltered from the hustle and bustle, a perfect balance between urban life and tranquility. The space - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed per bedroom (bed made on arrival and to be undone on departure). 1 armchair, 1 dresser for storage (wardrobe closet in the hallway). Mirror. Free foldable baby crib loan but by reservation. Possibility of sleeping for 1 additional person on the living room sofa (by reservation €15 extra per night) - 1 large shower room, with separate toilet. 1 large bath towel + 1 medium towel per person are in a basket next to the dressing table. 2 hand towels on the sink and 1 floor mat. - In the hallway, 1 closet, wardrobe and shelf, 1 closet with ironing board, iron, cleaning products, broom, dustpan and shovel, clothes drying rack. - Kitchen/kitchenette with 2-burner induction hob, microwave, small refrigerator. Kitchen essentials. Dishwashing liquid, sponge, dish towel. - Living room with sofa, armchair, ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs (+ a folding chair in the hallway cupboard), console with coffee maker (Senseo, pods available), kettle (tea available), toaster, coffee cups, mugs, bowls, plates and glasses. In the sofa drawer, placemats and paper towels. Board games. - In summer: Outdoor garden with dining table, barbecue (charcoal), relaxation area with sofa, armchair, table, with self-supported pool. In summer, one portable fan per room. For long stays, possibility of a washing machine, ask me. Guest access Self check-in with key box. Check-in from 5 p.m., check-out at 11 a.m. Free street parking and possibility to park 1 car in the property only by reservation (no extra charge) Tram station "Polygon stop" 3 minutes from the house, 4 stops from Micropolis and 18 minutes from Viotte Station. 4-step porch and staircase inside to get to the apartment. Other things to note The beds will be made upon your arrival. It is your responsibility to undo them upon your departure, with all my thanks. If you are traveling with a baby, I can set up a baby bed in one of the bedrooms and a high chair in the living room. There is no extra charge but by reservation. Close to the house (5-minute walk) you will find a grocery store that offers local products in addition to classic products. Behind the Polygone tram stop, still 5 minutes from the house, you will have a bakery. The apartment is non-smoking, but you can smoke in the garden. Having a dog myself, I accept a maximum of 1 to be reported on the platform when you book. Paid service €10 per pet per stay. Parties in the apartment or garden are not accepted out of respect for the neighborhood. I hope you understand...
