Our stunning 4 bedroom home overlooks the incredible Barossa Goldfields is your ultimate hideaway. The residence boasts elegant interiors and breathtaking views. Relax in the gardens, roam around the open grassed area and enjoy a wine or beer under the outdoor entertaining space. Cook up a feast on the BBQ while spotting Kangaroos or just sit and enjoy the fresh air. The space Goldfields View provides a wonderful getaway experience for families or groups looking to unwind, escape, recharge and reconnect with nature all in under an hour from the Adelaide CBD. Enjoy a glass of wine under the fully enclosable outdoor area, Lap up the tranquility of the space while tucking into a delicious dinner made in the indoor kitchen or outside on the gas BBQ. For those looking to explore, The Barossa Valley, a world renowned wine region is just a short 10 minute drive for some incredible award-winning wines and delightful food delicacies Tenafeate Creek Winery is just up the road and boasts a stunning setting as well as a wonderful array of wines and delicious menu offerings. Guests can immerse themselves in nature whilst still having the convenience of supermarkets & shopping centres being only a short 15-minute drive away. Bedrooms: 4 spacious bedrooms with hotel-quality linen & towels. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed & built-in wardrobes Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed & built-in wardrobes Bedroom 4: Single-size bed & built-in wardrobes Kitchen/Laundry: Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. Appliances – Oven, Cooktop, Fridge, Dishwasher & Coffee Machine Laundry facilities including a washing machine & Dryer Dining Room Dining room with 6 seater dining, buffet and split system AC. Please note – Woodfire burner not available for use. FORMAL LIVING: Lounge in the formal living area with a comfortable set of lounge suites and coffee table OUTDOOR AREA: Enjoy access to the full enclosable outdoor area. The blinds can be lifted or closed to suit your needs. There is a large 60 inch TV to enjoy the football on the big screen or to put on the latest blockbuster movie. BATHROOMS: Ensuite in Bedroom 1 – Shower with toilet, vanity & basin. Second bathroom with bath & shower, toilet and vanity in a modern white theme. TRANSPORTATION: Approximately 45 minutes drive from the Adelaide CBD 10 minutes to Barossa Valley 15 minutes to Major shopping complex Heating/Cooling: Split System reverse cycle systems throughout provide comfort throughout all seasons. Bedroom air conditioning units ensure circulation of cool or hot air. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. SHEDS: The sheds of the property are locked and not to be entered. These are the owners property of machinery and tools and are off limits. The perimeter of the property extends to the grassed area to the backyard. The owner may enter the sheds from the rear side of the property but will never intrude on the stay for guests. 2. VISITORS: Should you have visitors arriving who are outside of the guests on the booking we require that you get approval before any additional guests arrive. 3. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: The property has access to additional room upstairs which can be booked for an additional 2 guests. Please enquire for costs for bedding & accommodation. 4. STRICTLY NO PETS: Animals and pets are strictly not permitted on the premises. As the property borders working farms with livestock and additionally, we often have Kangaroos and Koalas visit the property so for the safety of both the wildlife and your pets the property is strictly no pets. Accommodation will be terminated if pets are brought onto the property. No refunds will be given if this occurs. 5. NO SMOKING INSIDE: All internal accommodation and alfresco areas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted by the front small sheds adjacent to the house. Please ensure all cigarette butts are placed in rubbish and not left on site. If we find evidence of smoking inside the property, guests will be charged $500 plus extra cleaning costs required. This will be charged to the guest’s credit card. 6. BREACH: If any of the above conditions are breached, we may immediately terminate your tenancy. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole ground floor of the property. The general gated grounds are the boundaries, with the exception of the large sheds to the left of the house which house the owners machinery and farming equipment. We ask that guests stay within the gates and don't climb over them to enter other areas not on the property.
