For any changes to reservations, such as for extended nights, please be sure to notify us 24 hours before checkout. ④ Emergency response: We do our best to accommodate guest requests, but we may not be able to accommodate them on the same day. Please understand that we will charge an additional fee when same-day response is required, except for emergencies. ⑤ If we find out that you have smoked in the room or in a non-smoking area, we will charge you a fee to restore the room to its original condition. ⑥ If we find out that you brought a pet, we will charge you the cost of restoring the room to its original condition.
