Golden Beach Beauty!

Relax with family or friends at our home by the beach! What will you get? A beautiful home that is a 300m walk to one of the world's longest uninterrupted beaches! 90-mile beach What will you hear? The crashing waves, birds chirping and blissful serenity. What will you see? Kangaroos hopping by, the golden sand and shore, walking trails and wonderous nature. What is the house like? Light, beachy and ultra comfy. All the amenities you could need to enjoy the stay in luxury and comfort. The space An amazing architectural facade which welcomes you inside... enjoy the sound of waves crashing from your bedroom, enjoy the warm morning sun having a coffee, gazing into nature and watching the parakeets fly past... Bedroom 1: Queen Bed in a super comfy space. Bedroom 2: For the kids - 3 single beds and a double bunk arrangement. We also have plenty of kids' books and games to keep them busy. Note: the bunk beds do carry manufacturer listed weight limits - with the single bunks having a 75kg weight limit and bottom double bed a 150kg limit. Bedroom 3 (with ensuite): For the adults - an awesome king bed in a spacious room. Walk in robe for storage and ensuite with DOUBLE shower head. You will enjoy this space :) Bathroom 1: Large bathtub with the sun shining in (frosted glass of course!). Coupled with another spacious shower this bathroom has it all! Powder room: great little spot with toilet and basin - handy for guests near bedroom 1. Laundry: washing machine and dryer combo for all your cleaning needs. Butler's pantry - speaks for itself - store away in a convenient location right next to the kitchen! Also has a microwave, Dyson vacuum, mop and broom. Kitchen: Stainless steel fridge, full size dishwasher, induction cooktop and rangehood with oven will have you covered for all your cooking plans. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and sandwich press are also provided, in addition to all your cutlery and crockery needs! The open kitchen bench also has 2 bar stools to enjoy brekky or cooking together :) Dining space: 8 chair dining table (2.2 meters long) - so plenty of space for the whole crew to eat together, looking out to the blue sky outside. Sitting area next to fireplace: a great place to sit, relax, read and enjoy a glass of red. Two wide chairs are positioned close to a beautiful fireplace - ready for you to enjoy... Lounge room: a plush 7 seat sofa is perfectly positioned for you to enjoy, in addition to a 85inch smart tv, internet connected ready for you to enjoy Netflix on us or BYO your fave subscriptions. Deck area: this is one of the most amazing parts of the house. To start: we have a 8 seat outdoor dining area - 4 chairs and 1 long bench. This is supplemented with a 4-burner BBQ - overlooking the backyard and ready for you to enjoy. On the side of the property, we also have a really convienent outdoor shower, with hotwater, to clean yourself off after a long day at the beach. And...the piece de resistance - a lux outdoor bath that you can enjoy overlooking the backyard. Backyard - we have a firepit arrangement in place, within a designated gravel area, with seating that will allow fires to be enjoyed! BYO firewood. We also have a Vuly trampoline. Use at own risk and subject to the following rules: Adult Supervision: Always have a responsible adult present during trampoline use, especially with children. One Jumper at a Time: Multiple jumpers increase the risk of collisions and injuries. Max weight limit of 150kg only. Pets: we are a pet friendly home (only for your smallest friends). Please keep in mind our home is not fully enclosed by fencing, as we want our guests to continue to enjoy the openness, nature and light. Getting to the beach: directly opponent Spindrift Avenue there is a path that will take you directly to the beach! We have an external security camera placed on the front facade only facing the street. Guest access Every part of the property is accessible! Other things to note About Golden Beach: A world class stretch of beach with calm waters ideal for relaxing, unwinding and stand-up paddle boarding. The beach provides great opportunities for surf fishing, and you can launch your boat from the boat ramp at Delray Beach. Look out for the remnants of the Trinculo Shipwreck. All that remains is her iron spine sticking out of the sand after she ran aground due to bad weather in 1858. About the town: Golden Beach has a lovely general store with all your needs, including fruit, veggies, fresh, milk etc. It also has a great take-away section with fantastic coffee and fish and chips. Additionally, the store has a liquor section. The store also sells bait and fishing gear where you can set yourself up for awesome beach fishing - there is an abundance of salmon to catch right off the shoreline. The town also has a picnic area, great playground for the kiddies, art gallery, community garden, basketball ring, BMX bike track and even a golf club to have a hit. What's nearby: Woodside: This coastal community offers a relaxed vibe to enjoy the vast Ninety Mile Beach, and Woodside Beach is patrolled over summer months. Sale - a 25 minute drive away where you can stock up with everything you need. Loch Sport: A beautiful village wedged between the waters of Lake Victoria and Bass Strait. Loch Sport is one of the larger towns along Ninety Mile Beach with facilities and places to stay. Hire a kayak and take a paddle around Lake Victoria, watch the action from the marina or check out one of the surrounding national parks. Seaspray: A large grassy reserve stretches between the general store and the foreshore with toilets, barbecue and picnic facilities. The beach is patrolled over summer months. Lakes Entrance: A lively coastal town bursting with character, Lakes Entrance forms the eastern point of the Ninety Mile Beach. It has long been a popular holiday spot for young families, and is rich in accommodation options, activities and facilities to enjoy your stay. Gippsland Lakes: A protected system of enchanting coastal lagoons, separated from the ocean by dunes along Ninety Mile Beach. Stretching between Seaspray and Lakes Entrance, the park takes in islands and wetlands, Barrier Landing, Bunga Arm and the Boole Poole Peninsula. The journeys of seven major rivers end here, making it a spectacular place to explore by kayak or canoe. The meeting place of river and lake also provides exceptional fishing opportunities.
