The first floor includes two living rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunroom. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience for all guests. Guest access - Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet - There is a stair to second floor Other things to note - We have a security camera in front - The house is old, but we keep it clean and cozy. if you are looking for a modern, fresh renovation house, our house is not for you. - We offer early check-in and late check-out (if available) for a small fee. - We have pet fees. - Grill is in the backyard. Please note that we are not refilling the gas BBQ grill, so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange it due as our housekeeper no longer does this. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please ensure no smoke or odor enters the house. Any smoke-related odor inside will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events: Events or gatherings are allowed by pre-approval only. The total number of guests must be disclosed in advance.
