This classic spacious room with all amenities can use as a double or triple room. A Divan bed with a luxury spring metress (10”) for double bed with side bed cupboards , reading lamps, all switches for bed room lights , phone charging & ceiling fan can be operated while on the bed with all convenient for relax and better sleeping .This room is ideal for a single or couple and also can add a single bed with a spring metress with all comfort ideal for a family with a child or for 3 guests. Room has a well equipped modern type spacious bathroom with all accessories including hot tub water modern shower , glass cubical for private bath is available with hot and cold water ,exhaust fan , wooden ceiling with lights , Large mirror & hair drier etc. Room has a modern ceiling fan, new ward robe,wall mounted table and a chair, modern cloth hanger ,two bed tables with easy access to switches. For refreshments, tea, coffee with sugar & milk packets available in the room with an electric kettle. Room also has the WIFI facility through out the Homestay area . Room has an out door furniture a table & two chairs for leisure,dining or stunning view of the Kandy Lake, City & Misty Mountains surrounded by Udawattakelle sanctuary and guests can experience the sun rise in the morning with a beautiful bird voices while seeing golden sky on the evening sunset with flying birds in the sky for evening relaxing . Balcony is tiled and carpeted with a green grass materials. Guest access Guest has the private and direct access to the Upstair spacious room & guest can use the large private balcony attached to the room as a varanda with a covered infor roof with wooden ceiling with ceiling lights and balcony lights and the balcony has a beautiful view of the Lake , Mountains, Temples & the City. This spacious room secured the privacy of the guest with no any disturbances and this room is definitely a home away from home to the guest. Smoking facility is available at the corner of the balcony if required to the guest. Room is more secured in the upstairs with child protection access etc. Homestay has a lobby with operating front desk for welcome the guest and all front office activities with the hosting family. Guest also could use the first floor large varanda with the round table and chairs for relaxing and resting purposes of the guest. Breakfast will be served at the dining room in the first floor adjoining to the sitting room of the Homestay with pipe music for entertaining the breakfast with home made delicious cuisine and the guest has the choice for having breakfast in their private balcony as well on request. Other things to note All facilities for dining , bakeries, Mini Supermarket, pharmacy and the Laundry are within walking distance .Guest can walk to the lake round and the Temple of Tooth Relic,Kandy City Center and the Town through walking path and walking along the path of Lake near Misty Hills with relax mind and beautiful scenery. Our most of the guests are used to walk after dining or day tour.
