On the second floor there are three double rooms with comfortable mattresses and various firmness pillows. On the same floor are the bathroom with a shower and a bright office nook with a desk and a panoramic view of the yard. On the first floor is located a common area with a kitchen, a large table, a smart TV and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, a washer and a dryer. In the courtyard is the barbecue area with a second kitchen and an additional toilet (available in the warm months). Both kitchens are fully equipped with high-end appliances and feature dishwashers. The yard (1.2 acres) is fully fenced and private, with a MSpa Jacuzzi, trampoline and prefab pool that is only open in the summer. We have a playpen and a high chair. Pets are welcome. The property is located in a quiet area of the village of Yalovo, 200 metres from the local winery. Access is easy – the road is asphalt and maintained year-round, and numerous signs to the winery make it easy to navigate. Parking is out front on the street – peaceful and hassle-free. We welcome you in person, and self check in is possible for any need. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and garden. All indoor and outdoor areas – including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan living room with kitchen, the BBQ area with a second kitchen, and the garden with jacuzzi, pool, and trampoline – are at your full disposal. There is no staff on site during your stay, so you can enjoy complete privacy and peace.
