Our quietly located apartment with unobstructed mountain views from the Zugspitz to Watzmann mountains offers the optimal starting point for numerous activities in the Chiemgau. The space Our modern 2-room apartment with about 60 square meters is located on the 1st floor and can generally be occupied by 2 people. However, a cozy sofa bed has space for two more persons. Overnight stays are available for 3 nights or more. You enter the apartment via a separate external staircase. After a small wardrobe, you are already in the living and dining area with kitchen. The open, fully equipped kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. From the dining area you have a wonderful view to the south of the mountain panorama. A small seating area next to the front door invites you to watch the sunsets comfortably. The bedroom has a large double bed. As already mentioned, there would be space for two more people on the sofa bed in the living area. An extra bed for babies is also available on request. There is a shower with rain shower head in the spacious bathroom. In addition, the Wi-Fi, the bed linen, towels, as well as parking spaces directly in front of the house are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Furthermore, it is possible to charge the car at our wallbox for a fee - if necessary, please specify already when requesting to book.
