The space With its combination of indoor and outdoor spaces, this home is all about soaking up the relaxed Lake Macquarie lifestyle. Its classic brick façade opens to reveal light-filled and modern interiors, extending to the backyard and alfresco dining area. The kitchen is designed around a central island and comes fully equipped for your holiday catering. Take things slow around the breakfast bar or come together for a shared meal around the dining table. Relax in the main living area with a comfy sofa and wall-mounted TV or make use of the dedicated workspace for those combining business and leisure stays. A second entertainment and games room includes a foosball table and plenty of kids’ toys. Each of the bedrooms have been designed for a good night’s sleep with ceiling fans, heating and cooling. Two of the bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, set with side tables and reading lights. The third bedroom comes with a combination bunk bed, including a double on the bottom and single above. The bathroom is a stylish space to refresh with both a bathtub and shower, while a separate powder room and laundry facilities add to your everyday convenience. Parking is available on the driveway for two cars. Travelling with an infant? A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.
