The space The apartment is tastefully furnished on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, gated, with a 24 hour manned security, and provides ample free parking. Also fitted with all modern appliances to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The appliances and amenities include; A beautiful six seater dining table which can also be used to accomplish your office work. The living room is spacious with a six seat leather sectional couch, a 75' inch smart TV and leads out to a comfortable balcony, spanning the living room and master bedroom, that is both private and scenic overlooking the pool and beautiful garden. The kitchen has an open plan set up and is fully equipped with a double door fridge and freezer, microwave, cooker, oven, hot water kettle, toaster and a coffee maker. Pots and pans, plates, cups, knife-set and cutlery are all included. I provide complimentary coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, and cooking oil to make a meal. The master bedroom is en-suite with a full bathroom and a cozy king sized bed with clean fresh linen, huge wardrobes and leads out to the balcony and lots of natural light. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a side table, wardrobes and fresh clean linen is provided. The second bathroom also contains a full shower and toilet. The instant water heater is located on the balcony providing hot water to the kitchen and bathrooms. A washer/drier is also provided for your laundry needs.
