The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - A 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with double sofa bed - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A separate WC Upstairs - Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed and a desk area - Bedroom 4: a single bed - A bathroom with shower and WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside - A beautiful private enclosed garden of 3,500 m² with terraces overlooking the sea, pétanque court, swings and basketball hoop. - An outdoor kitchen with a covered dining area, open during the summer season from July to September (opening dates are not guaranteed). - A private above-ground swimming pool (unheated) measuring 6×4 m, open from early July to mid-October (opening dates are not guaranteed). The pool is secured by a gate and an alarm. The house is ideally located in Beausoleil, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public spaces near the accommodation. A right of way allows you to access the property to unload your belongings, but parking is not permitted on the property.
