This country sanctuary overlooks a pristine creek, that meanders through the back of the property, and can be heard from the cottage and its balconies. It is the perfect spot for a romantic peaceful retreat, or a getaway with friends & family, including your pooch, and provides a place to relax and reconnect with nature. The space Arriving through the front gates, you wind down the gravel driveway to the cottage which is perched down the hill. Surrounded by tranquil rural acreage, and overlooking the creek, the property feels secluded and sits comfortably in its beautiful natural setting. The cottage has everything needed for a relaxing stay with family or friends and has been styled with modern tasteful amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living and balcony. The feature of the house is the great balcony off the rear of the cottage, featuring an outdoor dining area as well as quiet sitting areas, perfectly suited to sitting with a cup of tea while listening to the birds. Guest access Guests have complete access and sole use of the 3-bedroom home, inclusive of the outdoor balconies, pool and yard. You will have access to two carport parking spaces and multiple outdoor parking options. There are other dwellings on the 10 acre property, away from the 3-bedroom house, where there may be people staying from time to time. Other things to note There is a creek that crosses at the back of the property. Please ensure children are supervised at all times while at the property. Please note that while this is a home in a rural setting, there are still neighbouring properties. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm and ask that you respect our neighbours and generally keep noise to a minimum. Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
