The property offers 5 beds with a king size bed and three large single beds each 120 cm wide. We attach great importance to cleanliness in our accommodation and that our guests feel comfortable. For requests or concerns, we are always happy to help guests. The space Centrally located apartment, within walking distance to the tram and train station. Many local suppliers, restaurants and snack bars are in the immediate vicinity. 10 minutes walk to the Linz Music Theater and Phoenix Theater as well as various nightclubs. Linz city center is a 15-minute walk, the main square is a 20-minute walk and by tram from the Union intersection it is only 2 - 5 stops to the city center. The large Plus City shopping center is a few minutes' drive away by car or tram. The security in Linz is very high. There are taxis everywhere and you can get to all the interesting places very comfortably. The main train station is just one tram stop away or a walk in approx. 10 minutes. Linz Airport is about 20 minutes away. There are also numerous bus connections to the surrounding towns. Guest access The entire apartment is available for our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. For smokers there is a terrace with outdoor ashtrays. There is also an assigned garage space, if necessary.
