Villa Serafino extends over 4,000 sq.m. with 400 sq.m. of interior space. It has 1 WC, 6 bathrooms and a total of 7 bedrooms of which 5 are ensuite and one of them is with a single bed (children's or staff). It has a living room with natural light, large verandas and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool and sea view between Spetses and Hydra, it is an ideal choice for family holidays and more. It has a 40-meter frontage on the coast and excellent amenities for absolute relaxation. The space A large wardrobe is available in all 6 main bedrooms of the villa, as well as a boudoir with a mirror and TV for absolute comfort to all our guests. The two bedrooms on the floor have private balconies with excellent sea views that lucky guests will be able to enjoy. The seventh bedroom is intended for a staff or children's room with a private bathroom. The kitchen is an open-plan concept and is integrated with the dining room and the living room, with plenty of natural light throughout the day, leading to the pool patio, the heart of the villa, with two outdoor dining areas and two outdoor living rooms for absolute comfort. There are 8 sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a set that can be transported to the beach in front of the villa. The fully equipped built-in BBQ and outdoor WC make the guest experience easier and certainly unique. Other things to note A standard policy we follow in our accommodation regarding cleanliness is that every 4 nights the cleaning staff cleans the villa internally-externally and changes linens and towels. This service is included in the price of the villa. If guests wish to have daily/more frequent cleaning, it can be done upon request, at an extra charge which will be paid directly to the cleaning staff. If our guests want extra cleaning services, such as laundry and ironing, etc., there will also be an extra charge. There is also the possibility of providing a chef at an extra charge, which can certainly elevate the experience of our guests at Villa Serafino. Due to workload, especially during the summer months, we need to be aware of our guests' requests when making the reservation, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee the above requests.
