This exceptional accommodation is brand new and high-end for a relaxing and enjoyable time. The Jacuzzi is spacious, the bedding is very good quality, the shower is Italian. Quiet while being close to all amenities (dance bar, Nerpic shopping center, university, supermarket, gym...). A bottle of Blanc de Blanc champagne is offered upon arrival. The property has a fridge and different glasses to accompany your aperitifs and/or dishes. The space The hot tub is a high-value French brand hot tub. It has an external water treatment that guarantees the purity and cleanliness of the water every day. A health check is carried out daily. Two switches are provided next to the bed to cut off the noise of the ventilation and motors. When using the hot tub, the switches must be in the on mode. Once out of the hot tub, close it with the black waterproof cover. Leave the ventilation and pumps on as much as possible to prevent the water from becoming cold and changing color. The tarp can be stored under the bed when using the hot tub. The user manual will be available in the room. Guest access The accommodation is located in a quiet and central industrial area. Other things to note If you would like the bottle of Blanc de Blancs champagne, please let us know when booking, we will ask you for €50 and it will be available in your fridge. If you want rose petals, we can arrange them for €15. For real petals, the price is subject to a quote. Other decorations are available under quote such as: a birthday or romantic pack.
