Luxurious apartment with hot tub.

This exceptional place is brand new and high-end for a moment of relaxation and fun. The hot tub is spacious, the bedding is of very good quality, the shower is Italian. Quiet is at the rendezvous while being close to all amenities (dancing bar, Nerpic shopping center, university, supermarket, gym...). A bottle of white champagne is offered upon arrival. The accommodation has a fridge and different glasses to accompany your aperitifs and/or dishes. The space The spa is a spa of great French brand value. It has an external water treatment that ensures the purity and cleanliness of the water every day. A sanitary inspection is carried out daily. Two light switches are provided next to the bed to cut off noise from ventilation and motors. When using the hot tub the switches must be on mode. Once out of the hot tub, close it with the black waterproof cover. Leave the ventilation and pumps on as much as possible to prevent the water from getting cold and changing color. The tarp can be stored under the bed when using the hot tub. The user manual will be available in the room. Guest access The accommodation is located in a quiet and central industrial area. Other things to note If you want the bottle of white champagne, please let us know when booking, we will ask you for €50 and it will be available in your fridge. If you want rose petals, we can arrange them for €15. For real petals, the price is subject to quote. Other decorations are available under quote like: a birthday or romantic pack.
