The tiny house is close to the vibrant town of Amberley, Waikuku Beach, and Weka Pass Railway, just a few stones away. You can even take a short trip to the alpine village of Hanmer Springs, known for its natural hot pools and stunning landscapes. The Weka Pass Cottages are located near the main hub, where you'll find cafes, a garage, and a hotel. A lifestyle block surrounded by orchards that offers a private space and a fire pit where guests can relax under the magical, starry night sky. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is just an hour's drive away from Christchurch, with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for your use. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are three tiny houses (Weka Pass Cottages 1, 2, & 4) that sit on the same property. Additionally, "Mona Vale Country Estate" is another tiny house located 800m (2-3 minute drive) away from the Weka Pass Cottages. If you're booking as a group, please contact your land host at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements and ensure a comfortable stay across multiple cozy holiday homes. Guest access Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and enjoy privacy. However, access to the land host's private residence and other neighbouring properties will be restricted. Other things to note - Wifi is available - Pets are not allowed - Cable TV is available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - WiFi is available; a password will be provided upon booking - No smoking is allowed inside the tiny home, except in designated areas - Children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
