Welcome to this beautiful, comfortable and carefully renovated farmhouse, located in the heart of the charming village of Bourgueil, renowned for its famous vineyards! You will be within walking distance of the vineyards, local wine cellars, and minutes from the most beautiful castles of the Loire. Discover local markets, hiking trails, and many cultural activities in the area. The space Our farmhouse, which can accommodate up to 8 people (children and babies included), is perfect for families and groups of friends. You will have at your disposal: On the ground floor, a large space with: - Equipped open kitchen: kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, cooker. - back kitchen with washing machine, dryer and hanging rack - a comfortable living room with pellet stove (we provide the pellets for 2 first flames) - a dining area that sleeps 8 - two large bedrooms with 140x190 bed - Two bathrooms with dryer shower and hair dryer - separate wc - fiber wifi On the first floor: - a large bedroom with a bed 140x190 - a large bedroom with 2 90x200 beds - a children's play area, a crib (sheets not provided) - a bathroom with shower and toilet Outdoor: - a large wooded garden - a private heated swimming pool 8x4 m. and depth 1.5 m with sunbeds open from early June to late September, depending on weather conditions - a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue/gas plancha. The gated lot can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not included. You can rent it (€25 per double bed/€20 per single bed including towels, beds not made on arrival in case of order) or bring your own. Pool towels are not provided. We provide linens (tea towels, bath mats) as well as cleaning products and a small grocery store. Check-in times are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with physical reception by appointment and key handover. After 7 p.m., check-in is autonomous with a lockbox. We are always available if needed. We accept only one small pet (dog) per booking. Note: during the high season, a pool attendant will clean the pool once a week.
