Ground-floor bedroom with double bed and storage closet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a wardrobe, and one with a single bed. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, stove, storage, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Ground-floor powder room with walk-in shower and toilet. Large bay window leading out onto a terrace and garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. Guest access You have access to the entire home, as well as the terrace and the garden. Only one storage room remains locked for personal use. The bedrooms upstairs are accessible via a stable and safe staircase, but it is slightly steep. For your comfort and safety, it is recommended to use it with care, especially when carrying luggage. Other things to note The street is a quiet courtyard. It's easy to park in front of the house. Please do not use the neighbors' private parking spaces. Upon arrival, if the space is available, you can park directly in front of the house in the direction of departure for greater peace of mind and to avoid disturbing the neighborhood. Otherwise, you can easily reposition yourself when it's time to leave.
