Passing through the area? Welcome to my home! Warm and welcoming house. Self check-in (lockbox). The living room has a sofa bed, desk area and coffee table. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, with sheets and duvet provided for your comfort. Upstairs, two bedrooms with double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Outside there is a terrace and a small garden to get some air. The space An entrance with a hallway that leads to the living room A living room with: - Lounge area and dining area - Single sofa bed (be sure to stick it to the wall once in bed position to prevent it from tipping over). First bedroom on the ground floor with: - Double bed - Storage cupboard Second bedroom upstairs with: - Double bed - Storage cupboard Third bedroom upstairs also has a single bed. Equipped kitchen including: - Oven - Baking sheet - Storage cupboard - Cooking utensils needed to preparing your meals Ground floor powder room with: - Walk-in shower - Integrated toilet A bay window overlooking a terrace and garden. Guest access You have access to the entire house, as well as the terrace and garden, except for a storage room that remains locked for my personal belongings. To go to the bedrooms upstairs, the staircase is stable and secure but a little steep. We recommend that you go up and down with caution, especially with luggage. Your safety is important to us. Other things to note The street is a courtyard. For parking, you can park in front of the house. Please avoid parking in the neighbors' private spaces. Upon arrival, if these places are free, turn around and reposition yourself in front of the house, in the direction of departure. Otherwise, no worries, you can do it when you leave.
