The space CLUB ULTIMA RESIDENCES TOWER 3 It's a 80sqm. Condominium unit. Located in Fuente Osmeña Circle, 6000 in the Heart of Cebu City Philippines. Other things to note CHECK IN IS AFTER 3:00 PM. CHECK OUT IS BEFORE 12:00 NOON. KEEP THE SPACE CLEAN AND TREAT AS YOUR OWN. RESPECT QUIET HOURS FROM 9PM-8AM. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. (We are very strict regarding this one) STRICTLY NO SMOKING INDOOR. PLEASE REPORT ANY DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO COOKING OF DRIED FISH INSIDE THE PROPERTY. NO USING OF CANDLES FOR SAFETY REASONS. ANY BROKEN OR DESTROYED ITEMS WILL BE CHARGE TO THE GUEST. NO EATING IN THE SOFA AND IN THE LOFT BED AREA. AVOID STAINS DO NOT TAKE HOME ANY ITEMS INSIDE THE PLACE BESIDES THE COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS. _________________________________________ LIABILITY - While we accept families with children of all ages this condo unit is NOT CHILD PROOF and we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Parents must not leave children unattended at any time. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guests agree to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear), but not limited to, misuse of appliances/equipment and furnishings. If damages are over the security deposit being held, guests agree to reimburse the costs incurred to replace/repair damaged items. Any damages must be reported to the owner/manager immediately. TOILETRIES - Toilet Paper, Liquid Body Soap, Hand Liquid Soap, Dishwashing Liquid and Bath Towels are only provided one time during your stay. Guests must check out by 12 noon and leave the property in the same general condition that they received. Early check-in / late check-out is possible but only with prior approval and a charge of 500 php/hour. COMPLIANCE - Guests and visitors who do not follow the above-mentioned terms and conditions are considered in breach of contract. The owner of the property or his representative reserves the right to terminate your stay if found to be in breach of contract. This applies to any guests and/or visitors who refuse to follow the above-mentioned house rules and who are found to be causing disturbances or damages to the property, neighborhood, or the residence of the community.
