Villa Rania is an exciting, sweet, beachfront property with 3 bedrooms and private swimming pool enjoying one of the most sensational locations of Corfu. Proudly standing right above the perfect and virtually private sandy bay of Kanouli, in South Corfu, Villa Rania is set to impress for its views, space, peace and indeed unique setting. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and extensive outdoor areas, the villa can sleep up to 6 to 8 guests. The space Reach the sandy bay via directly from your pool patio, enjoy a delicious dinner while admiring the sunset, dive by the pool, chill out in the air-conditioned interiors, or read a book in the mature gardens: this will be a holiday to remember. Inside, Villa Rania is modern and well equipped for a full self catering holiday. The property is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with adjoining dining area and fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4 cooking rings, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer). The sofa can be turned into a double bed to accommodate the 7th and 8th guest (mostly suitable for children). Wi-fi internet and flat screen Tv are provided. Big patio door open straight onto the furnished pool and sea view terrace. On the ground floor there is also an air-conditioned double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Stairs led up to the upper floor, where 2 further bedrooms and a full bathroom with hydromassage bathtub are located. The bedrooms have respectively a double bed and 2 single beds and are air-conditioned. Panoramic terraces provide breathtaking views over the sunset and the Ionian Sea below. Outside, Villa Rania is a true heaven on Earth. Surrounded by mature, manicured gardens with Mediterranean flowers, trees and lawn, the villa offers to its guests a beautiful private swimming pool (measuring 8.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.5m, lit at night). For extra comfort, access to the pool is both via Roman Steps and via ladder. 6 comfortable sunbeds are provided around the pool, together with shades. For al-fresco dining, a sea-side kiosk with brick-built barbecue and dining table is available: dining with the amazing sunset views and pampered by the gentle sound of the waves, will be a true delight. A wooden staircase leads to the sandy beach below directly from the gardens, for endless seaside relaxation. Private parking is available within the premises. Notes: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Wi-fi internet, cleanings, linen/towels, air-conditioning. IMPORTANT - BEACH ACCESS: the beach is reached via a wooden staircase (quite steep, with uneven steps) which is located outside the property and does not belong to the property. Guests are required to pay attention while using this facility due to its layout and shape, and children must be constantly supervised. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
