Originally a school, this building was converted into modern apartments in 2021, providing a blend of historic charm and contemporary living. Enjoy a peaceful stay with easy access to nearby conveniences and a unique touch of local character. Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. You can also use Shared Balcony for on the 2nd Floor and Shared Lounge Area on the First Floor Other things to note Options for parking, flexible check-in, and check-out timings. Here’s everything you need to know about these services: Parking Options: Gated Parking with CCTV: For added security, we offer gated parking equipped with CCTV. Cars: P50 per day Motorcycles: P30 per day Street Parking: Complimentary street parking is available directly outside the building. This option is convenient and free of charge but does not have CCTV monitoring. Early Check-In: Available at a rate of P100 per hour before our standard check-in time. Example: If you wish to check in 2 hours early, the fee will be P200. Late Check-Out: Available at P100 per hour beyond the standard check-out time. Example: If you’d like to stay 2 extra hours, the fee will be P200. Late Check-In Fee (8 PM Onwards): Our team works a single shift to maintain a smooth operation. For check-ins starting at 8 PM to 9 PM, an overtime fee of P150 will apply. 9 PM onwards is 350. This fee is in appreciation of our innkeepers, who stay beyond their regular hours to assist with your arrival.
