Other things to note This is a self-check-in property. To ensure a smooth arrival, guests will be required to verify their identity by submitting valid credentials. Standard check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. As per Dubai government regulations, all guests must provide a copy of their passport prior to arrival. We are required to submit this to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as an official guest. Please note that this apartment is registered and licensed as a Holiday Home. In accordance with DTCM (Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing) guidelines, a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night will apply. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building. If evidence of smoking is found (including odors, ashes, or cigarette butts), a minimum fee of AED 1,900 will be charged to cover deep cleaning. Checkout & Late Departure Penalty: Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Any late check-out without 48 hours prior notice may result in a penalty of AED 500, as we require sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests. Kindly respect check-out timing for the comfort and convenience of all guests. Lost Item Fees: Please take care of all provided access items.
